These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of glowcareesthetics.com (the “Site”) and our text messaging program, operated by K MELAHOURES MD, doing business as GLOW CARE Esthetics (“GLOW CARE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides general information about GLOW CARE and lets you request consultations and appointments. You agree to use the Site lawfully and to provide accurate information in any form you submit.
2. Not medical advice
Content on the Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Treatment decisions are made only after an in-person consultation and evaluation with a qualified provider under physician direction. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
3. Appointment requests
Submitting a form on the Site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed by our team by phone, email, or text, or through our online booking system.
4. GLOW CARE Esthetics SMS Program
GLOW CARE ESTHETICS SMS PROGRAM
This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, responses to your inquiries, and promotional messages about aesthetic and wellness treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from GLOW CARE Esthetics.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 949.781.0050. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at team@glow-care-esthetics.com or 949.781.0050.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to GLOW CARE or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GLOW CARE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or the text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a patient under applicable law.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date reflects the latest revision.
