Information you provide. When you submit a form, request a consultation, book an appointment, join a membership, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, the treatments or services you are interested in, and any message you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how visitors find and use the Site.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and consultation requests; to schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments; to send communications you have opted in to receive; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; to measure the effectiveness of our advertising; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS consent and data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messaging is optional. You may opt in to marketing text messages, to non-marketing text messages about appointments and services, to both, or to neither, using the separate checkboxes on our forms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as our website hosting provider, our scheduling and client-management software, our customer-communication platform, our payment processor, and our analytics providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of GLOW CARE or others, or at your direction or with your consent.

Information you provide as a patient in the course of consultation or treatment is protected health information governed by federal and California law, including HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at our office. The Site’s forms are intended for contact and scheduling. Please do not submit detailed medical information through the Site.

We will respond as required by applicable law. Certain records, including medical records, must be retained under law and may not be deleted on request.

The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through the Site.
