Dr. Orest Frangopol is the Chief Financial Officer and co-visionary behind GLOW CARE Esthetics in Aliso Viejo, California. With more than 30 years of clinical experience in dentistry and a long entrepreneurial track record of building and leading successful healthcare practices, he brings both clinical depth and business leadership to our Med Spa and Wellness Center.

Dr. Frangopol is a certified CARE Esthetics provider, having completed advanced facial esthetics training through Advanced PRF Education. He proudly collaborates with the global CARE Esthetics network — a distinguished community of plastic surgeons, dentists, clinical researchers, and technology centers exploring regenerative medicine at the cellular and molecular level.
